RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of €100 is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the full booking amount is payable at the time of booking. A secure payment link will be provided during the booking process.
The company reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the guest will be notified in writing by email.
Airport transfers can only be arranged and guaranteed if the required flight details, including flight number, airline, and arrival time, are provided to our reservations team at least 12 hours before arrival.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participants confirm that they are medically fit to take part in the surfing and yoga activities included in their stay and that they are not aware of any medical conditions that would prevent them from participating safely.
Participants must be at least 6 years old. Any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations should be communicated to the team before participating in any activity.
LIABILITY AND EQUIPMENT
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company’s liability for damages other than personal injury shall be limited to €50. The company shall not be liable for the loss of or damage to participants’ personal belongings, including surfboards and other personal equipment, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. We strongly recommend that participants obtain appropriate travel, health, baggage, and surfboard insurance for the duration of their stay. Participants are expected to handle all equipment and vehicles provided by the company with due care. Participants may be held liable for damage to or loss of company property resulting from negligent or intentional acts, subject to applicable law.
The camp covers surfboard damage costs of up to €10 per participant. Any damage exceeding this amount must be covered by the participant. We therefore strongly recommend obtaining personal liability insurance that covers surfboard damage and other potential liabilities during your stay.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The deposit is non-refundable, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival, the full booking amount will be retained, and no refund will be issued.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or via WhatsApp. A booking will be considered cancelled only once the company has received the written cancellation notice. The date on which the email is received will determine the effective cancellation date.
No refunds will be provided for circumstances beyond the company’s control, including adverse weather conditions, missed flights, or similar events, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.
Where activities included in the booking are not used by the participant, a Surf & Yoga voucher may be issued for the unused activities. The voucher can be redeemed at any Surf & Yoga location, subject to availability and the applicable voucher terms.
DATA PRIVACY AND GOOGLE ANALYTICS
