RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS<\/strong><\/p>

Reservation takes effect with the check in online. Once the check in is made via customer portal, the surf camp participants then receive a confirmation of reservation and tips on how to prepare for the trip. The company reserves the right to cancel a reservation after a written reminder by e-mail, due to unavoidable circumstances.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Transfers from\/to the airport can only be organized on your behalf and guaranteed once the flight details (flight number, flight arrival time, airline) are sent to our reservations team at least 12 hours before arrival.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

PREREQUISITE FOR PARTICIPATION<\/b><\/p>

The participant explicitly declares that there are no medical reservations as far as his\/her active surfing \/ yoga is concerned. Participants must be at least 6 years old.<\/span><\/p>

LIABILITY\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

The company\u2019s liability for damages that are not personal injuries are limited to EUR 50. Liability for the loss of or damage to participants\u2019 property (like for example surf boards) on the part of the organiser shall be excluded. We recommend a private baggage\/surf board insurance and health insurance for the respective period. The organiser\u2019s equipment and vehicles should be treated in due form. The participant shall be liable for damages in the case of negligent or wilful damage or loss.<\/span><\/p>

All surf board damages are estimated by the surf school and will be covered by up to EUR 10.<\/span><\/p>

PAYMENT POLICY<\/b><\/p>

All guests will pay the full amount on arrival.
Payments can be made via Bank transfer before arrival, and on arrival only by cash (USD, LKR, EUR) or Credit Card (Master or Visa), or preferred Wise app.\u00a0<\/p>

REFUND POLICY<\/b><\/p>

Refunds are not issued due to reasons outside our control such as\u00a0 poor weather, missing your flight, or any other similar reason.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Guests may cancel their Surf booking at any time before the date of their stay.\u00a0 A booking is not officially canceled until a written notice is received by us. The date we received the written cancellation via email is when the cancellation policy is effective.<\/span><\/p>

The deposit is non refundable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Any activities that you did not take part in will be issued a Surf & Yoga voucher credit.<\/span><\/p>

DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT<\/b><\/p>

Google Analytics uses \u201cCookies\u201d, which are text files stored on your computer to analyse your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie on your use of the website will be transferred to a server of Google in the USA and saved there. On behalf of the website operator, Google will use this information to assess your use of the website, draw up reports on your website activities and to provide further services connected with the website and Internet use vis-\u00e0-vis the website operator.<\/span><\/p>

To protect your personal data the IP anonymization for Google Analytics has been activated. Within the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, Google abbreviates the activated IP anonymization of your IP address before it is transferred to a server. Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be transferred to a server in the USA and abbreviated there. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be used in connection with other data by Google. Should we have further personal data of our website users, we will not use these for website tracking data purposes or link these with other non-personal data.<\/span><\/p>
